Return policy

FashionLaura handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. You can return the product(s) purchased at FashionLaura within 14 days of receiving your purchase (counting from the first day of system’s confirmed receipt). All returns must include the original receipt. Item must be presented in its original condition with all packaging intact and must not have been washed. The shipping fees and the returned products’ related costs shall be responsible by customers except for faulty items on arrival. Products will be exchanged or refunded after we examined your returned product(s) with product defects. Please note that the whole return process may take up to 4 weeks. All orders for products are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any money you might have paid.
