Detachable Bow Corset Mini Party Dress

If i could give no stars i would i ordered this for my 16 year olds prom. The bow is too heavy for the dress and doesnt sit as shown in the picture. I also explained it was exposinf her chest. Emailed 4 times and they said the bow is detachable.
Then you take off the bow, there are clear buttons with very visible white loops. They wont refund as they said its not a “fault” which it is as its nothing like the image its fasle advertising. The image without the bow attached on the site has no loop holes or buttons. Disgrace
