Just so you know, before any of our items leave for their journey to you, they go through a super careful Quality Inspection. We're all about sending you love and quality in every package!
When it comes to sizes, we know it can be a bit of a puzzle. So, take a moment to check your measurements and match them up with our size charts on the product pages.
Oops, got something that's not quite right? Whether it’s a little oopsie on the size, a mix-up, or something's not looking as it should, please reach out to us pronto. We're here to make things right and will zip you a solution within 1 working day. Just a heads up, though – if there’s no hiccup like the ones we mentioned, we can’t offer a return or exchange just because.
Planning to return something? We'll need it back with us. Once we hug your item(s) again, we'll get onto sorting out your return or refund. We’ll have everything wrapped up and a refund on its way to you within 10 working days. Just remember, the shipping fees are like a one-way ticket – they don’t come back, because that’s the cost of the shipping service. And oh, our magical return window is 15 days – after that, our hands are tied.
Return Do's and Don'ts
Some things, like underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories, just can't come back to us because of hygiene reasons – hope you understand! Make sure any returns are in their brand-new, never-worn state. We can’t take back items that have had a bit too much fun (think damaged, washed, or altered). Before you send anything back, just drop our customer service a line with your story. And yep, sending things back is on your dime since we don’t cover the postage for returns.
How to Make a Return Happen
- Start with a chat with our Customer Service – they’re super friendly, promise! Let them know your Account Email Address, what didn’t go as planned, what you’d like us to do, and show us what you mean with some pics.
- Hold tight for our go-ahead before you send your item back.
- Post your package back to the address we give you, and let us know the tracking number so we can keep an eye out.
- Sit tight, and we'll have your refund sorted within 10 working days after we check out your return.
