Does FashionLaura guarantee its products?

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each product is hand-checked by a member of Team FashionLaura before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us within 3 days. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction. If you would like a refund for your order, kindly email us with the reason for the return within 3 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). We will check with you and provide you with a solution.

To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at fashionlaura@service.com. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

1.For hygiene purposes, underwears, bodysuits, swimming suits, and accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2.Returning packages need to remain in good condition, with the products unworn and unused, before being shipped back to us. Damaged, washed, and altered items will not be accepted.

3.Before shipping the return, please inform our customer service team with the specified reasons.

4.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

5.Purchases made with coupons cannot be returned or exchanged. If you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and a regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. Refunds will be issued in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.

How to Create a Return 

  1. Contact Customer Service first and include the following info in your letter:

          Account Email Address

          Problem Description

          Your request

          Pictures as evidence (Optional)

  1. Wait for confirmation for returning orders.
  2. Ship out returning package to the given address, and email us the tracking info.
  3. Refund within 5 working days automatically after it’s received and inspected. 

Compensation time-frame

For returned items, we will need 5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. Another 5 working days for Paypal account refunds.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by our team. Therefore, we recommend that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Please be advised that shipping fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after the removal of products in an order.
